See the sculptures of Auguste Rodin, Selections from the Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Collection, May 23 – August 11.
Rodin was a French sculptor, considered the father of modern sculpture, modeling the human body with realism, and celebrating individual character and physicality. His most famous piece is “The Thinker” (which cannot be shown in this exhibit).
This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to see works by one of the most famous sculptors in the world. These works have never been seen in Southeast New Mexico or West Texas.
The museum is open Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 5pm, and Sunday 1pm – 5pm. Closed Mondays.
