Food, Vendors, Cookoff, Entertainment, Fun.  5K runs starts at 9 am.  Food begins at 12 pm.  Cornhole Tournament. $75 per team.  Cash prizes. Project Heartburn is a new event that United Way has developed in partnership with CrudeOil Athletics and The City of Hobbs to raise money and awareness for the ever growing need of hunger and mental health in Lea County. This event will be in two parts.
A 5K run set up by Crude Oil Athletics And A cook-off in which we hope to get participation from food trucks, restaurants, Businesses, and general cooking talent.
