The Llano Estacado Art Association March program, Surface Manipulation and Mixed Media Drawing, an informative program of ideas, experimentation, and risk taking, will be presented by John McMillan, Hobbs High School art teacher. The hands-on program will be held on Saturday, March 16, 1:30-3:30 pm in the Hobbs High School Art room. All art supplies will be provided but attendees are encouraged to bring colored pens, pencils, old magazines, old cloth, anything that the artist may want to incorporate into the artwork. This program is presented free of charge and the public is encouraged to attend.
