A Hobbs tradition, the annual Halloween Carnival is again planned at the Lea County Event Center! Play games and enjoy a afternoon of fall themed fun. The Costume Contest begins at 3:00 PM and is open to all ages! Entry to the event is free, but the booths have varying costs so bring plenty of change as it is pay as you go. Food concessions will also be available for sale. Please call 397-9291 for more information.
