Bring your family to the FREE Family Fun Day at the Western Heritage Museum.
Guest speaker Dr. Samantha “Sammie” Uhrig, DVM from the Desert Willow Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Carlsbad, NM will discuss how animals deal with fear. Her presentations are at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. in the theater, and she will have “Xena,” the red-tailed hawk, with her. At 2:00 p.m., the movie Monsters’ Inc. will be shown in the theater. Plus, families can see the interactive exhibit “Goose Bumps! The Science of Fear”, as part of the day.
