Instructions

To add an event or activity to the events calendar, please enter all applicable information in the boxes below. Once submitted, your event will be reviewed for approval (see submission guidelines on the right). If approved your event may be included in several different advertising opportunities around Lea County, New Mexico.

  • Event Details

    The interval you'd like the event to span over
    This switch lets you chose whether you want to end the recurring event by a specific number of weeks/months/years OR on a specific date.
  • The date that you'd like the event to stop repeating
  • This is the number of times you'd like the event to repeat after the initial start date (weeks, months, years).

Submission Guidelines

Here are some of the guidelines that are considered in the approval of event submissions

  • Event must take place in Lea County, New Mexico
  • Event must be open to the public
  • The primary purpose of the event must be for entertainment purposes
  • The event must not promote a particular group, idea, or belief
